Automated Testing and Requirement Traceability to Fulfill Vehicle Certification Requirements
Our client was going through the safety approvals process to demonstrate the road and airworthiness of the vehicle before going for full-blown production. Our dedicated team worked on designing and developing the automated functional qualification process for each of the vehicle's control units. We used the Hardware in Loop testing methodology for qualifying the hardware components. As a result, the system modules could be independently verified before assembly to meet certification requirements and trace requirements throughout the development process.
Predictive Maintenance for a Manufacturing Production
Our client is a manufacturing company that requires In Time Tec assistance to optimize the production process for efficiency as profitability depends on the units that can be produced at each time. During production, the machines generate data about various parameters which could be used to determine an anomaly in the process. Initially, we started with creating a good understanding of the patterns in the data using PowerBI followed by our team developing a machine learning model that can predict if the manufacturing process is going to fail by looking at the anomaly in machine parameters and raising the alarm.
Accurate Positioning (Micro Scale) Using Vision and AI/ML
Our client is an impulsive printing tech start-up and they were looking for a Fiducial Recognition application from Beckhoff PLC. They reached out to the In Time Tec team and requested to create an application that was meant to reduce human/ operator error in Fiducial recognition in Mirco Scale (µ) machines, where the substrate of interest is micrometer size. Our team developed a software package that performed fiducial recognition on Beckhoff plc using Camera Vision analysis and processing on customer substrate which is later used in the production process in different machine applications. Our team also developed HMI & SCADA communication between PLC and handheld/ remote visualization tools used by operators to understand the Fiducial recognition algorithm. This led to improvement overall throughout the production process of laser detection machines by 30%.
